LEAD PEOPLE PERSON
C.J. McKinney founded People Pro with a single mission: To be the "Go To" HR & Compliance expert for small to mid size businesses. CJ has over 25 years of HR, Labor and Legal Administrative experience beginning in 1995 when she joined a major Food Manufacturing Company and supported over 20,000 employees in the U.S. and internationally. Throughout her career, C.J. has worked with Fortune 500 companies in the role of Vice President of Employment, Director of HR & Compliance, Consultant and EEO Officer. She has managed teams and processes through company expansions, reorganizations and acquisitions. C.J. is a true Business Partner with exceptional training and facilitation skills. C.J. is a avid community supporter of programs designed to eliminate barriers to individuals returning to the workforce. She is a hands on volunteer with local Homeless Shelters and has been recognized by the International Society of Women in Business.
